As an Apple® Authorized Service Provider, all repairs are performed by certified technicians using Apple Genuine parts to ensure the integrity of your device remains intact.
Does your device need to be sent in for repair? We are happy to facilitate mail-in repairs, too. Let us worry about shipping and receiving – just bring your device in and we’ll handle the rest. Once the device is repaired by Apple, it will be sent back to Camera Corner where it’s kept in a secure location while awaiting pickup. Devices typically requiring mail-in service include:
  • Apple Watch®
  • Beats Products
  • Beddit Sleep Monitoring Devices
  • Certain iPad®, iPod®, and iPhone® repairs

As an Apple® Authorized Service Provider, we can facilitate your device repair or replacement through Apple. We’ll file the device repair with Apple and ship the device out. Once the repair is completed, the device is sent back to CCCP for pickup.

How do I get my repair started?

As an Apple® Authorized Service Provider, we are able to perform most repairs on your Mac®, MacBook®, MacBook Pro®, MacBook Air®, and iMac® in house, including:

  • Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare+ Covered Repairs
  • Hardware repairs (including out of warranty)
  • Software-related issues and updates
  • Damage assessments (i.e. liquid damage, impact, etc.)
  • Hard drive wipe and restore to factory settings
  • Virus/spyware/malware removal

*Please note—devices that require more than one part for replacement may have to be sent to Apple directly. We can facilitate this process for you.

How do I get my repair started?

Common Repairs on PCs include:

  • LCD replacement
  • Motherboard replacement

Additionally, we can perform warranty work on:

  • HP
  • Lenovo

With any computer that is brought into our store for repair, we will make sure to give you more than you came for. You can expect us to:

  • Check your hardware
    • Are there any components not working properly that you weren’t aware of?
  • Check your software
    • Is it functioning properly?

  • Virus/spyware/malware scans
  • Internally and externally clean your computer
Data Recovery & Backup

How do I get started?

In today’s modern world, our devices contain our computer devices contain our most critical information, from photos of our children, to tax documents and customer information we cannot afford to lose. Our backup service offerings include localized and cloud-based services so you don’t have to worry about losing what matters most. In addition to data backup, we also offer data recovery services. We will do everything in our power to recover all of your important information from failing drives. We even partner with an industry-leading data recovery center located right in Madison, WI.
