Does your device need to be sent in for repair? We are happy to facilitate mail-in repairs, too. Let us worry about shipping and receiving – just bring your device in and we’ll handle the rest. Once the device is repaired by Apple, it will be sent back to Camera Corner where it’s kept in a secure location while awaiting pickup. Devices typically requiring mail-in service include:
- Apple Watch®
- Beats Products
- Beddit Sleep Monitoring Devices
- Certain iPad®, iPod®, and iPhone® repairs
As an Apple® Authorized Service Provider, we can facilitate your device repair or replacement through Apple. We’ll file the device repair with Apple and ship the device out. Once the repair is completed, the device is sent back to CCCP for pickup.

As an Apple® Authorized Service Provider, we are able to perform most repairs on your Mac®, MacBook®, MacBook Pro®, MacBook Air®, and iMac® in house, including:
- Apple Limited Warranty and AppleCare+ Covered Repairs
- Hardware repairs (including out of warranty)
- Software-related issues and updates
- Damage assessments (i.e. liquid damage, impact, etc.)
- Hard drive wipe and restore to factory settings
- Virus/spyware/malware removal
*Please note—devices that require more than one part for replacement may have to be sent to Apple directly. We can facilitate this process for you.

Be prepared to be delighted by a knowledgeable sales and service staff. As far as I am concerned this is the only place you would buy high end electronics and camera equipment. What’s better is that they service what they sell.
This is definitely the place to go in Green Bay for computers and cameras — great selection, and the best part is a trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable staff — I have always been very happy with recommended equipment tailored to my needs. Classes have also been very helpful — Kevin does a great job and is very patient with questions. Service has always been timely and well done- I have had minor printer problems fixed, new computer set up with old computer information, and home WiFi setup — all has gone well. Jeff has been very helpful and knowledgeable in Apple products — have purchased my old Mac, new Mac Air recently, and an iPad and wireless printers. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else, most service is on site, and customer care is wonderful!
